HealthOne Update - Increase in Access Level when viewing Lab Results within Éclair

From 1st March 2016 Community Pharmacists will have an increased level of access when viewing lab results within Éclair. The new level of access will bring access into line with what Hospital Pharmacists can currently view and includes access to therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM). A reminder that Éclair lab results are visible within the CDV Tree under the heading Laboratory or via the tabs Éclair (NW) or Éclair Results highlighted below.
