We at CCPG welcome Sarah Tester as our new Admin Support and Coordinator. Sarah started with us at the start of December and since then has been busy learning all about our systems and processes. An archivist by training Sarah brings new skills to our team and we plan to harness these as we work together.

Congratulations to the team at Leeston Pharmacy for their excellent engagement with Patient Safety Week 2017 promoting medication safety. The team celebrated with a $200 morning tea courtesy of Health Quality Safety Commission.

Congratulations to Sandra Sullivan who has been awarded Canterbury's top intern for 2017. Sandra interned at Unichem Bishopdale Pharmacy and is pictured here with Angela Blackwood, branch president of PSNZ. We wish Sandra well in her future career as a pharmacist.

On 7th December this year we also farewell Anita – CCPG’s Administrator and Coordinator. Anita does not head off too far – she takes on a role as Senior Administrator with the 24Hours Surgery. Her new role is a permanent one and we wish her success in this next journey. Anita has been the cheerful voice at the end of the phone when you’ve called CCPG, welcomed you when you visited, organised all our meetings, taken care of you and all of us.
