Rima Subritzky is on multiple medications for various health concerns and describes having been backwards and forwards from hospital as a result. None of Rima's family have ended up in a rest home, and this 85-year-old grandmother doesn't want to either. Thanks to a new initiative, the Rapaki Maori elder is staying well in her own home for longer.
