Meet Our Board
CCPG is governed by a board comprising passionate community pharmacists. The board are driven by the following objectives:
Recognition of community pharmacists as Medicines experts and partners in primary health care teams.
Pharmacy owners having strong, robust and profitable businesses.
Patients/whanau having better access to and increased connectedness with pharmacists.
Increasing the range of health services that exercise cognitive skills through evidence based/informed health service innovation.
Improving quality of health services.
Kezia knew she wanted to be a pharmacist when she was just 16 years old.
And she has done just that, being part owner of Community Pharmacy, Linwood and also managing the Linwood Dispensary.
Chris has been a pharmacist for 19 years and is the co-owner of Life Pharmacy Barrington.
Throughout the years Chris says the rewarding part of his job has stayed the same.
Rhys provides valued financial knowledge and acumen to the CCPG board, performing the treasury function.
John Trupp has been an active CCPG Member, participating in multiple groups. Trupp owns the Lyttleton Pharmacy and join the Board of Directors during the last 2023 AGM.
Maria McIntyre has been co-owner of Unichem Bishopdale Pharmacy for the last ten years – a dream of hers from when she worked there as a pharmacy student 20 years ago!
Simon Church is the owner of three pharmacies - Eastern Pharmacy Aranui, Templeton Pharmacy and Unichem West Melton.
